The battery system defines the platform's available power, autonomy, mass, dimensions and thermal behavior. Its architecture is therefore shaped at the start of the project, not selected after the mechanical design is finished.

How we engineer

Development starts from the operating profile: required energy, peak and continuous currents, charging modes and operating conditions. Cell chemistry, form factor, BMS, cooling, protection and mechanical construction all follow from that profile.

Why it matters

Integrating the battery late in the project forces compromises: extra mass, limited power, harder cooling and shorter service life. We engineer the battery, power electronics, drives and mechanics as one system.
